- Coverage Area: We provide next-day delivery across major cities in the UAE. For remote areas, delivery might take an additional 1-2 days and could involve extra charges.
- Delivery Times: Our courier will reach out via phone or WhatsApp to arrange a delivery window between 10 am and 9 pm. They may need your assistance to find your location or confirm directions.
- Delivery Fees: Standard delivery is 20 AED for orders under 100 AED. Orders over 100 AED qualify for free delivery, though remote areas are excluded from this offer.
Payment Options:
- Along with TABBY, we accept Cash on Delivery (COD) with no additional fees, or online bank transfers directly to the courier’s bank account upon delivery. Please select your preferred payment method at checkout.
Right to Refuse Service:
- We may refuse service or cancel orders due to suspected fraud, inability to fulfill the order, or breaches of our terms and conditions.
- If an order is refused, canceled upon delivery, or canceled after confirmation, it will be permanently voided. Future orders will require advance payment only.
