Refunds: Refunds are based on the original amount charged, excluding discounts, coupons, or offers. Refunds will be credited to your Lovable1 Wallet Account for future purchases; cash refunds are not available.

Shipping Fees: Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable.
Dislike or Change of Mind:
- Return shipping and initial delivery charges apply even if the initial delivery was free.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items:
- Contact us immediately with clear photos or videos. We will arrange for pickup and inspect the item. Eligible refunds will be issued to your Lovable1 Wallet Account.
Non-Returnable Conditions:
- Items missing original packaging
- Used or damaged products
- Products that have been opened, installed, or dismantled
